Strict Anti-Fraud Warning

FakeChat is a creative tool intended for entertainment, educational, and parody purposes ONLY. Any use of this platform to facilitate fraud, financial scams, identity theft, or any form of deception intended for criminal gain is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent blacklisting and cooperation with global law enforcement agencies.

1. Acceptable Use

By using the Chameleon Engine, you agree to never use generated images to impersonate real individuals for malicious purposes, extort, or harass. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and the manner in which you present it to third parties.

2. Legal Disclaimer

FakeChat provides a software service on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the authenticity, legality, or moral standing of user-generated content. We reserve the right to revoke license keys without refund if suspicious or criminal activity is detected.

3. Intellectual Property

The designs of original social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. FakeChat is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any social media corporation. This is a third-party simulation tool.

4. Key Revocation

License keys are single-use tokens valid only for the service specified at the time of purchase. Attempting to bypass the Chameleon Engine's anti-tamper mechanisms will result in automatic key revocation and a permanent IP ban.

Comprehensive Framework

Section 5 (Financial Integrity): Payments processed through third-party gateways (Novac) are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of documented technical failure of the delivery system verified by our engineering team.

Section 6 (Security Enforcement): We employ advanced cryptographic tracking on every generated image. In the event of documented criminal use, we will provide metadata to relevant cyber-security authorities upon valid legal request.

Section 7 (No Warranty): While we strive for 100% engine uptime, maintenance windows may occur. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform unavailability or the deletion of user session data.

Section 8 (Modifications): Terms of Service are subject to change without prior notice. Continued use of the workshop constitutes acceptance of the latest legal framework.
